HL2 won't start with FX5700LE video card

Hi,
I replaced an old GF4-MX440 with a FX5700LE video card
This card was on my other machine, and HL2 worked perfectly with it.
HL2 also worked perfectly on this machine with the old GF4-MX440 card.

Now when I start the game it say it can't work in the video settings and
change them to default and restart. After the restart it say it will change
the video setting to Safe Mode and restart again, and at last I'm getting a
message that the game require a DX9 compatible hardware and quit :(

Tried to reinstall Direct X 9.0c, and video drivers but still no go.

Tried video drivers 77.70 and 80.40 but both won't work.

Any idea ???

OK, The problem found.
It's a driver issue !!!
It work perfectly with driver version 71.89
I guess other games (Like BF2) won't work now :(

BTW - I logged in as another family member so you'll see a different name
