How many more episodes?

How many more episodes are planned for Half-Life 2? I don't want to
bother buying anything until they're done and have the whole run in
one box.

Also, is the game still completely tied into Steam as it was?

From all that I've heard, one more chapter is due: "Episode 3" which will
round out "Half-Life 2" ..... if there with be a "Half-Life 3" is a whole
different matter.....

As for Steam, I'm not sure, I play the Xbox360 version and am not tied into
Steam for updates.
