Hey
I try to run HL2 on my laptop, Dell Latitude C840, with a GeForce4 40 Go
chipset.
But it's very, very slow. I think it shows 1 picture (frame) per second and
the music
plays with 1 tone per second.
Is my setup to bad or what can be the problem.

Best regards
Ole

A GF4 mobile chipset should be able to play the game OK, as long as the
NVIDIA video drivers have been installed. Make sure you're using the
official NVIDIA Forceware drivers and not the default Windows drivers.
Either that or you've set your video options in the game to some very
unforgiving settings.
